CalHaus Concepts specializes in selling a diverse range of accessory dwelling units (ADUs). We work with the leading ADUs manufacturers to ensure that what you purchase will be exactly what is required for your project. CalHaus provides turnkey service, from purchase to delivery to installation. Calhaus Concepts is a professional, licensed dealer for all of our partner ADU manufacturers, and all our partner homes have been evaluated for safety with the ICC.

STEP 1 ORDER YOUR UNIT

We begin by working with you to decide what type of unit and add-ons best fits your projects needs. We will provide you with complete pricing on the unit, add-ons, deliver, and on-site installation cost.

STEP 2 PREFABRICATION & ON-SITE PREP
​
We work with our manufacturing partners to ensure that all required customizations are completed during the prefabrication process. While your unit is being fabricated, CalHaus Concepts will complete the onsite work required before install. The requirements depend on your state, but generally include a concrete pad and water and utility hook-ups.

STEP 3 DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
The unit is delivered by truck directly to your designated site, and placed and hooked up to utilities the same day. Any landscaping or additional features will be installed and then the unit is ready to move in!​

Our Manufacturers
Customizations & Add-Ons
Our homes have a wide range of customization depending on your project goals. Our standard order sizing for homes comes one to four units wide, allowing for one to six bedrooms. Each unit is just under 40ft or 20ft long and individually are 8ft wide. We also offer commercial builds that include conference rooms, locker rooms, showers, offices, process control, and server rooms.
